Beef Jerky

Based on a recipe from my husband’s childhood, delicious homemade beef jerky for camping trips, road trips, or just snacking around the house! All you need is a food dehydrator.

This recipe scales up really easily, just make sure you have enough space in your food dehydrator so that air can circulate around everything.

We have stored this recipe for up to one month, but usually it gets eaten far sooner than that.
