Beef Jerky
Easily homemade in a food dehydrator.
Prep Time 5 hours hrs
Cook Time 4 hours hrs
Marinating time 4 hours hrs
- 1 lb sirloin sliced thinly, approx. ⅛ inch
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Huy Fong chili garlic sauce
Slice sirloin thinly (can freeze steak for 1 hour prior to slicing to ease in slicing if necessary). Mix other ingredients together and marinate meat for at least 4 hours.
Place in food dehydrator and turn to high (usually 185℉) for 5-6 hours.
