Honey Whole Wheat for the Bread Machine
A recent goal of mine has been to learn how to incorporate honey as my primary (if not only) sweetener into recipes. I am happy to say that this bread is light, fluffy, only slightly sweet, with just a hint of honey mixing in with the lovely flavor of the whole wheat.
Many of my bread recipes I’ll include the (sometimes messy) conversions for different loaf sizes, however this particular recipe, with egg and other small measurements, really doesn’t lend itself to different loaf sizes.
