Shredded Brisket BBQ Sandwich

This recipe I have to credit to my husband. A hearty and delicious, easy to make, crowd-pleaser! Toss in the slow cooker and be ready to go!

It can also easily be split in half for an easy meal during the week!

For buns, I *highly* recommend my brioche buns! As a side I recommend this classic potato salad.
