For when the weather gets colder, or you’re craving that comfort food that reminds you of what Mom used to make, this is one of my go-to recipes.
To make life easier, this recipe features Stove-Top stuffing mix (not sponsored) as a replacement for breadcrumbs. It’s super flavorful, keeps the recipe consistent, and gives the perfect texture to your finished dish.

3eggs
⅓cupmeatloaf sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F

In a large bowl thoroughly combine Meatloaf ingredients (hand mixing is recommended), saving additional Sauce for topping.
In a greased (see note) loafpan, add your Meatloaf mixture and smooth the top. Pour remaining Sauce over the top and smooth with a spoon or spatula.
Place in preheated oven for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 165°F
Allow to cool slightly before serving, refrigerate leftovers.
Notes
Greasing the pan – In this recipe, greasing the pan is optional, however it will assist you in cleanup. I recommend using a flavor-neutral cooking oil such as avocado oil or tallow. You may also line your loaf pan with foil for easier cleanup.
