Sour Cream and Onion Dip
Growing up in Minnesota, Top the Tater Sour Cream and Chive Dip was what I grew up with as ‘chip dip’. Delicious, creamy, and very versatile, I knew folks who would put it on baked potatoes (probably how it was originally intended), in hotdish (casseroles), and on pretty much every chip platter.
After lots of experimentation – I have come up with a copycat that I can easily make at home whenever the craving strikes. Whether you’ve had the original before or not, I hope you enjoy!
Note – this isn’t Top the Tater’s actual recipe, it’s just a version I enjoy at home, since the actual is not sold in this state.
