Spicy Beef Stir Fry

Everybody needs a good go to recipe for their weekly stir-Friday (that’s a thing in other households, right?). This is our go to recipe for tasty and spicy beef with, honestly, whatever vegetables we happen to have in the house. Most of the time that’s green peppers and onions but we’ve frequently added water chestnuts, mushrooms, peas, and anything else we feel like adding to our stir fry!

We usually serve this recipe over rice (white or cilantro lime). We also tend to tweak the amounts of garlic chili sauce or honey depending on our preference for sweet or spicy that particular day.
