Shiner Steamed Crab Legs
At my house, growing up, crab legs was the ultimate treat. Birthdays, anniversaries, good report cards, we got to go to the local seafood restaurant for delicious steamed crab legs. Now it is still tradition that when my parents and I get together we have a surf and turf night that would not be complete without these crab legs.
The beer steaming method for crab legs helps to increase the natural savoriness of the crab legs, while cutting some of the briny ‘fishiness’ that can sometimes be experienced.
