Spinach and Artichoke Dip

- 1½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 10 oz spinach fresh, or thawed and drained.
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 2 Tbsp garlic minced
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp salt
- If using fresh spinach, you can either wilt the spinach on the stove prior to mixing with the rest of the ingredients, or you can remove the baking pan from the oven once or twice during the first 10 minutes of the bake time to cook down the spinach evenly.
