Add all dough ingredients to your bread machine, and run on the dough cycle.
Once the dough is prepared, place onto a lightly floured work surface. Divide the dough into eight evenly sized pieces, and roll into buns. Pull the dough to stretch it slightly over the top, pinching together underneath.
Place dough onto a silicon or parchment paper lined baking sheet, cover with a flour sack towel, and allow to rise for 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Melt 2 Tbsp of butter and brush over the tops of the buns. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until done.
Melt additional 2 Tbsp of butter and brush over freshly baked buns. Allow to cool before serving.
