Rice Crispy Bars

Super simple for when the family wants a sweet snack.

Equipment

  • 8x8 baking pan
  • silicone spatula
  • medium saucepan

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tbsp butter unsalted
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • cups rice crispy cereal

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in your saucepan over low-medium heat.
  • Add marshmallows and stir until well melted and completely combined. Cook 1-2 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in cereal until well coated.
  • Press mixture evenly and firmly into a prepared (buttered) 8x8 pan.
  • Allow to cool before cutting and serving.
