Ingredients
  

1 lb (500g) loaf

  • 1 cup water - 1 Tbsp
  • Tbsp butter
  • Tbsp granulated sugar
  • cups bread flour
  • ¼ + 2 Tbsp cups instant potato flakes
  • Tbsp powdered milk
  • ¾ tsp dried basil
  • ¾ tsp dried dill
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1⅛ tsp active dry yeast

1.5 lb (750g) loaf - RECOMMENDED

  • cups water
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • ½ cup instant potato flakes
  • 2 Tbsp powdered milk
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • tsp active dry yeast

2 lb (1000g) loaf

  • cups water + 1 Tbsp
  • Tbsp butter
  • Tbsp granulated sugar
  • cups bread flour
  • cups instant potato flakes
  • tsp dried basil
  • tsp dried dill
  • tsp garlic powder
  • tsp active dry yeast heaping

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to the pan of your bread machine in the order listed above (or recommended by your manufacturer) and run on the Standard Loaf setting.
  • Allow to cool before slicing.
