Ham Puffs
Breakfast Croissant Bites - Make on the weekend for easy breakfasts throughout the week, or share with the family as tasty breakfast pizza bites.

- 1 package refrigerated crescent dough
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 Tbsp ham finely diced
- 2 Tbsp yellow onion finely diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°
Roll out crescent dough, and cut into 24 evenly sized squares. Place into the greased cups of mini-muffin pans.
Mix the fillings until the eggs are fully incorporated.
Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before removing from muffin cups. Serve immediately and refrigerate leftovers.
- This recipe is quite versatile. The ham and onion can be replaced with virtually any ingredients. I’ve had success with pepperoni, onion, and green pepper. Spinach, mushroom, and artichoke. And many other variations.
