Cilantro-Lime Coleslaw
An easy, delicious, and slightly tangy coleslaw. Perfect for accompanying BBQ, most Asian dishes, or any other summer entree.

Produce
- 2 cups green cabbage shredded - approximately 1/2 a head
- 2 Tbsp red onion finely diced
- 1½ Tbsp fresh cilantro finely chopped
Dressing
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ½ lime zest
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- ¼ tsp rice vinegar
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
Prepare produce and place into a medium mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, mix ingredients for Dressing. Pour over produce and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate until serving.
- For more color, or for ease, feel free to use store-bought cabbage mix with red cabbage and carrots as shown in the image above.
