Ingredients

15 oz can
Black Beans
preferably with jalapenos and lime

Tbsp
lime juice
1
Tbsp
onion
thinly sliced

avocado
diced
Instructions
In a heatproof bowl, heat up the black beans for 2-3 minutes.
While hot, mix in lime juice and onion.
Once cooled slightly, mix in avocado and serve immediately.
Notes
For variations, stir in a cup of white rice, or serve with tortilla chips.
Excellent as a side or as a topping for tacos, fajitas, or burritos.
