Homemade Limeade
An easy recipe for a hot day, and a lot of limes.

1 small saucepan

- 1 cup lime juice fresh squeezed
- 3 cups water cold
Simple syrup
- 1 cup water hot
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
Prepare your simple syrup. Combine hot water and granulated sugar in a small saucepan and heat. Stirring until sugar is fully dissolved.
Add simple syrup, lime juice, and cold water to a pitcher, stirring to combine. Taste and tweak ratios if necessary depending on tartness of limes.
Garnish as desired with herbs (mint), lime slices, etc.
